Help Bring Youth Leadership to Life
At CAST Schools, we believe young people should have more than a voice in their education. They should have the opportunity to shape it.
Student voice, agency, and leadership are at the heart of the CAST Schools mission, empowering students to take ownership of their learning, influence their communities, and develop the confidence to shape their futures. But meaningful opportunities for students to lead don't happen by accident. They require intentional investment.
That's where Youth Leadership in Action comes in.
Through this campaign, CAST Schools invites businesses and community partners to invest in experiences that put students in the driver's seat of their own learning and leadership.
From Youth Rally, an event designed and produced entirely by students, to Speak Up Speak Out, where young people develop solutions to challenges in their communities, these experiences give students opportunities to turn their ideas into action. Programs like the Life Ready Summit and CAST Schools Launchpad help students translate that same agency into preparation for college, careers, and life beyond graduation.
The impact reaches across the CAST Schools Network and beyond. Last year, Speak Up Speak Out engaged more than 530 students from 18 schools, while the senior hiring fair connected nearly 400 students with approximately 40 local employers.
These aren't just events. They're opportunities for young people to practice leading, making decisions, building relationships, and shaping what comes next.
And community partners play an essential role in making them possible.
Youth Leadership in Action offers multiple sponsorship levels, providing businesses and organizations opportunities for recognition, direct engagement with students, and meaningful investment in the next generation of San Antonio's leaders.
Help us turn student voice into action—and student potential into possibility.
