Healthcare Professionals: A Call for Mentors

Oct 15
1 min read

CAST Med High School is calling on healthcare professionals to help inspire and guide the next generation of healthcare leaders.

The school is seeking mentors for its 36 tenth-grade students, connecting young people with professionals who can share firsthand experience, career insights, and guidance as students explore their futures in healthcare.

Mentors will be paired with one or two students and meet for approximately one hour each month at CAST Med High School. Discussion topics and activities will be provided, making it easy for volunteers to build meaningful relationships and share their experiences.

The program kicks off with a mentor-mentee meeting on Monday, October 26, at 2 p.m., with subsequent monthly meetings scheduled on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to noon at CAST Med High School, 2601 Louis Bauer Road.

Your experience could help shape a student's future.

Can't commit to monthly mentoring? CAST Med also welcomes professionals to share their career journeys with students during Wednesday guest-speaker sessions from 11:15–11:45 a.m.
